Because it's truth. This is very important for prediction especially on levelled roulette wheels. Systems programmed on mobile phones or PDA platform simply can’t do it so well.  While FF roulette computer measures time with accuracy of 0.000001 seconds mobile phones programmed on top of operating system making mistakes of 10-20 ms which by my standards is not good enough (that’s without human clocking errors).
